How does the Response One Customer Rewards Program work?

As an active Response One customer, you are eligible to participate in our Customer Rewards Program. When you refer friends, relatives, or colleagues to Response One and they purchase a Response One service, you will receive a Ghc 300 reward offer. It’s that easy!

How do I refer someone to Response One?

You can refer friends and family members to Response One by logging into the Response One Referral Rewards program, clicking on the "Refer a Friend" link, entering their name and phone number, and clicking submit. Please note that any referral rewards earned over Ghc 598 will require that a W-9 form be completed for tax purposes.

What’s the process of signing up for the Customer Rewards Program?

There are two simple ways to sign up:
1. Your Response One account manager can input your information, after which, you will receive an email with a link to complete registration.
2. OR
3. Your Response One account manager can send you a unique link to the Customer Rewards Program where you can register (you will receive an email with a link to complete your registration).
4. NOTE: You will immediately receive a confirmation email to complete the registration process. Click on the link contained in the email, set your username and password, and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Is my account manager allowed to enter a referral for me?

To qualify for the Ghc 300 reward offer, you must be registered as a customer in the Customer Rewards Program and generate the referral through the Response One Customer Rewards Program. You can refer friends and family members to Response One by logging into the Response One Referral Rewards program, clicking on the "Refer a Friend" link, entering their name and phone number, and clicking submit.

What is the reward offer and how can it be spent?

You will receive a Ghc 300 reward offer for each referral that results in the purchase of a Response One service.

How many referrals am I allowed to make?

As a registered Response One customer, you are allowed to make as many referrals as you like. There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.
