Direct Sales Person

Key Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular contact, follow-up and customer service.
  • Assist in Conducting market research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend events to promote products and generate leads.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals with customers
  • Provide feedback to Sales manager on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.

Requirements

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
  • Proven work experience as a Direct Sales Person or similar role ( Not Essential- training provided)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with sales reporting tools.
