Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of
    exceptional after-sales service.
  • Creating a positive on-boarding experience for new clients.
  • Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email
    communications, or face-to-face meetings.
  • Identifying ways to overcome clients’ initial dislike of company products.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborating with Operations department to better address client needs.
  • Providing regular updates to higher management.
  • Ensuring that clients receive prompt responses to queries or complaints.
  • Following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they
    are satisfied with the service provided.
  • To resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products and services.
  • To promote the company’s products and services to customers where appropriate.
  • To build strong relationships with customers, demonstrating a commitment to meeting their needs.
  • To contribute to the achievement of team targets and objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of S.S.C.E.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Client Relationship Systems (CRM).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Time-management abilities.
