Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the corporate office, including reception, facilities, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Manage and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth running of office operations.
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide support to senior management in developing and executing company strategies.
  • Manage budgets and track expenses, ensuring spending stays within budget limits.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure administrative tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with external vendors and service providers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.|
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Experience in Human Resources will be highly favourable.
