Salary: GHs2,500 – GHs3,000 net per month

Response One Ghana Ltd, a leading electronic security firm, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Chief Administrator/Personal Assistant to join our team in the corporate office. The successful candidate will oversee daily administrative operations and act as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director.
•Oversee and manage daily operations of the corporate office, including reception, facilities, supplies, equipment, and inventory.
•Manage and supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth running of office operations.
•Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
•Provide support to senior management in developing and executing company strategies.
•Manage budgets and track expenses, ensuring spending stays within budget limits.
•Coordinate with other departments to ensure administrative tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
•Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
•Develop and maintain positive relationships with external vendors and service providers.
•Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills.|
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Experience in Human Resources will be highly favourable.
